The former KCCA FC head coach has named a 24-man team, that comprises 14 locally based players and 10 that ply their trade beyond borders.

Newly appointed Uganda Cranes interim head coach Morley Byekwaso has outed the final team that will take on Mali and Zambia in the forthcoming International friendly bouts.

It will be captained by Young Africans SC midfielder Khalid Aucho, in the absence of the un-summoned Emmanuel Okwi.

According to a FUFA communication, the team will depart Uganda on Tuesday morning aboard Ethiopian Airways for Bamako, Mali.

It should be noted that the game against Mali will be played on October 13 at Stade du Mars in Bamako.

Meanwhile, the team will then make it to Dubai, United Arab Emirates where they will play against Zambia on October 17, at the Hamriya Stadium.

Besides defender Abdu Aziizi Kayondo who will travel with the contingent from Uganda, the rest of the foreign based players will join the team from their respective clubs.
