Bayern who beat Dinamo Zagreb 9-2 in the opening Champions League match, take on Aston Villa in a tricking-looking tie on Wednesday.
"I'm not a doctor, but I hope it's nothing serious. It's still early to say. Hopefully he'll be fit for Wednesday," the Bayern manager told Bein Sports.
Bayern sporting director Max Eberl said: "If Harry goes off the pitch, then it's something. Now I hope he's made of sturdy English wood."
England interim boss Lee Carsley will have similar hope, given his team have Nations League matches against Greece (10 October) and Finland (13 October) around the corner.
Kane has scored over 400 goals for club and country. Beginning his senior career with Tottenham Hotspur in 2009, Kane scored 280 goals for Spurs before trading the London Club for Germany where he has managed 54 goals since his big money move in 2023.
