It will be the second time 'Otenga' have handed a walkover this season, after they forfeited their meeting with Murang'a Seal in March.
Kisumu All Stars have been forced to dish out their second walk-over of the season away to Mwatate United, the club has announced on their Facebook page.
Otenga were due to take on Mwatate at the Wundayi Stadium in Taita Taveta on Wednesday afternoon, but due to reasons yet to be revealed, they have decided not to honor the fixture.
