The former Bandari forward has netted seven goals in the last nine games.

2017 Kenyan Premier League Golden Boot winner Masud Juma extended his purple patch for Al-Faisaly by netting the winner in a 1-0 victory over Al Qadisiya in the Saudi Division One.

The former Kariobangi Sharks forward has now netted seven goals in the last nine games since joining the side in the January transfer window from Moroccan side Difaâ El Jadida on loan.

Masud is expected to return to Difaâ at the end of the season with the Moroccan side not including an obligation to buy following the completion of the loan deal.

The 27-year-old might however have to find a club at the end of the season should Difaâ suffer relegation as they are currently 14th in the 16-team league, just two points above the drop.

In the clash against Al Qadisiya, Masud netted the sole goal in the 40th minute, receiving a pass across the face of goal to tap home from close range.

The strike was enough for Al-Faisaly to seal the victory and move to just five points off the promotion places to the moneyed Saudi Pro League boasting of Cristiano Ronaldo who turns out for Al Nassr.

The league is set to witness more stars as Lionel Messi and Barcelona midfielder Sergio Busquets are rumored to be close to joining Al Hilal.

Masud has now netted against Al Qadisiya, Ohod, Al Ahli, Al Sahel, Al Qaisumah, and a brace against Al Arabi.

He will hope to extend his goal-scoring form when Al Faisaly take on Jeddah on Monday 15 May.
