New CAF B license coaches graduated in Kenya, enhancing football with a focus on youth and women's sports development.

On Friday, the Kenyan football fraternity marked a significant milestone as 25 more coaches joined the ranks of CAF B license holders in a grand graduation ceremony.

The event, held at the Kenya Institute of Special Education, was presided over by the CEO of the Football Kenya Federation (FKF), Barry Otieno, who lauded the efforts of the newly minted coaches.

One standout graduate, Mukasa Amboko, has been a beacon of inspiration, illustrating the transformative power of dedicated coaching.

Amboko, a respected teacher at Kombani Secondary School, has been on a steadfast quest for coaching excellence since he embarked on his journey with the CAF D certification in 2016.

In his remarks, Amboko called on his peers to embark on this enriching journey.

"I highly encourage teachers to seek coaching knowledge. Competent and knowledgeable educators are essential for the growth of the sport and for the well-being of our students," he asserted, highlighting the profound influence teachers have on the development of the sport.

The skills acquired are not just theoretical but practical tools expected to elevate the standards of football across the nation.

With the addition of the 25 graduates, Kenya proudly boasts 100 CAF B licensed coaches, a testament to the country's unwavering commitment to advancing the beautiful game.
