Nabwire joined the Law Enforcers at the start of the season from AFC Leopards.

Kenya Police midfielder Marvin Nabwire has admitted that he would not mind taking his playing career to the South Africa Premier Soccer League.

The 22-year-old has been writing headlines locally this season and has revealed it would be tough to turn down a move to Mamelodi Sundowns.

Nabwire has experienced a stunning season in the Football Kenya Federation Premier League and has netted three goals for the fourth-placed side.

Despite being happy at the Law Enforcers, Nabwire has always dreamt of playing for 13-time PSL champions.

“ My dream in the next three or two years is to move abroad. In Africa especially I would like to play for Mamelodi Sundowns,” Nabwire said in an interview with NTV.

Nabwire added that he is adamant about improving his performance to realize his dream.

“Is all about the grace of God, determination and hard work that I have come so far,” he added.

Nabwire officially joined Kenya Police FC at the start of the 2022/2023 football season from 13-time league champions AFC Leopards.

He had been out of the den since April 2022  as Leopards had insisted that the player had long-term deals with the side and accused Police of player tapping.

Nabwire joined  Ingwe in 2018 straight from Kakamega High School and went on to become club captain in 2022  following the departure of Isaac Kipyegon, who switched to Tusker.
