Sevilla’s new signing Kelechi Iheanacho is set to miss out on his first friendly game against Alex Iwobi’s team Fulham.
Iheanacho, who left Leicester City this summer, signed a two-year contract to become Sevilla's newest addition this week.
The forward joined his Super Eagles teammate Chidera Ejuke, who was signed this summer by Sevilla.
Despite the forward completing his transfer last week, he won’t be able to play his first preseason game for Sevilla.

Iheanacho to miss Fulham game
Iheanacho will not be part of Sevilla's immediate pre-season preparations and cannot participate in the team's training sessions because of administrative complications.
The Super Eagles forward is unlikely to participate in practices this weekend after missing Friday's session at the Carretera de Utrera.
According to Estadio Deportivo, this isn't because he hurt himself; instead, it's because of a paperwork issue that came up when his documentation was transferred from the English Football Association to the Spanish Federation.
Sevilla did not receive the necessary paperwork which includes the international transfer and other work-related documents before their training began on August 2.
Iheanacho was scheduled to workout on Friday afternoon and on Saturday and Sunday during the closed sessions.
However, he was unable to meet his new teammates and start the process of becoming match-fit, due to an unforeseen circumstance that kept him off the pitch.
The Super Eagles star will miss out on Sevilla’s game against Fulham and will not have the chance to face Iwobi and Bassey.
Alex Iwobi and Calvin Bassey, two of Iheanacho's international teammates, will probably be paraded by Fulham, and they will all be looking forward to their reunion.
Sevilla supporters and head coach García Pimienta will be hoping that the problems are fixed quickly so that Iheanacho may be included in the team.
