He has further vowed to rub his hard work and passion to the team, if they're to achieve big together.
In his hugely anticipated first ever interview with KCCA FC, new head coach Sergio Daniel Moniz Traguil has highlighted his targets for the 13-time Uganda Premier League champions.
While the club is going through a four-year trophy drought, the Portuguese has not only promised to bring back glory but beautifully as well.
He has further vowed to rub his hardwork and passion to the team, if they're to achieve big together.
"You can expect hard work, commitment, passion for football, beautiful football," he stated in his interview with the club media on Thursday.
"The most important thing is to achieve what everybody wants here that is the league title, the cup (Uganda Cup) and go to the group stages of the CAF Confederation Cup."
The tactician then made it public knowledge that KCCA's history of playing eye-catching attacking football played a huge role in attracting him to join the side.
"Yes, the vision of the board, the CEO and the vision of the people that had the trust in my job. It's not just victories but with quality," Traguil added.
"So, usually the teams that I have passed through have played beautiful football; attacking and dominant football, so that's what we're expecting."
"But we have to expect victories, beautiful football but with victoriea and with the cups, so we have to join them all together," Traguil reiterated.
Traguil will hope to achieve his dream with his chosen coaching staff as he will work with compatriot Luis Manuel Correira as his assistant.
Former SC Villa Jackson Magera will serve as the First Team coach, Moses Oloya as the Goal Keepers' coach while Saka Mpiima as the Junior Team coach.
To add, the tactician will also work with Cuban Eduardo Lazaro Ramon Leiva as the Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Felix Ayobo, Emmanuel Tusuubira, and Ivan Ssewanyana will serve as Fitness coach, Physiotherapist and club doctor, respectively
