Football Kenya Federation Women's Premier League (FKFWPL) side Kangemi Ladies are currently facing a difficult situation as they find themselves in Luanda a day after their humiliating 8-1 loss to Bunyore Starlets.
The situation is further complicated as the van driver who ferried them to Western Kenya is reported to have vanished with the club having only managed to raise one-way cash for the trip due to their current financial status.

Kangemi's bus broke down in Kapsabet, 78 kilometers to Mumboha Grounds.
In a post on their Facebook page, the club management denied neglecting the 20 ladies who traveled for the match at Mumboha Grounds in Western Kenya.
"On our way to Bunyore to play Bunyore Starlets our vehicle broke down not once not twice. Through difficulties we arrived at Bunyore very late and played our rescheduled match," the post on their Facebook page read.
"Our driver failed to turn up as the van broke up again, and thanks to our hosts who accommodated us, we don't take it for granted. The trip has been a bad experience for us. Comments of neglect are neither here nor there."

Kangemi Ladies were no match for the quality of Bunyore Starlets.
Kangemi raised money through donations from the local community to honor the game and has since called for a sponsor to sponsor the team.
"Running a football team is hard and with the current financial hardships, it's so draining. We really wish we could land a sponsor or any support to enable us to complete the league," added the statement.
So far, club fans and well-wishers are raising money from fans to enable the team to travel back to the city.

Kangemi Ladies are set to play Kisumu All Starlets in a midweek fixture on Thursday at Dagoretti High School in Nairobi.
The club has already been relegated with four matches to the end of the league and will begin a new life in Division One next season after managing just one win from all their fixtures thus far.
