Turkey Super Lig side Fenerbahce has brutally terminated the contract of Ryan Kent, sixteen months after he signed a four-year deal in 2023.
The Jose Mourinho-coached side pulled the plug after Kent, 27, managed one appearance this season and was excluded from all of their league match squads.

He was frozen out at the start of the year after his January deadline day move to Italian Serie A side Lazio failed to materialise. Fenerbahce issued a cold statement to announce that he had been let go.
"The contract with Ryan Kent, one of the Professional Football A Team player, has been terminated by mutual agreement. We present it to the public," the club wrote as revealed by the Daily Mail.
The Oldham-born star was linked with multiple clubs this summer, turning down an offer from an unnamed Scottish club, according to The Sun.
In January he also had interest from Leeds and Hull, as well as the Lazio bid, but he reportedly refused to leave Fenerbahce, provoking the anger of former boss Ismail Kartal - and Mourinho did not take to him either. Mourihno is a no-nonsense accomplished manager, having won titles at Chelsea, Real Madrid, Inter Milan, Man United and AS Roma.
