Ingwe have not recorded a win in their last two matches in the league.
AFC Leopards will be looking for a return to winning ways when they face FC Talanta in a Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL) match on Wednesday.
Ingwe head coach Patrick Aussems bemoaned the piling injury list after seeing his side labour to record a goalless draw against Kenya Police FC last weekend but he has no option other than to put up a winning team for the clash against the league strugglers.
Leopards have gone two matches without a win, losing to Tusker FC before the stalemate with Police, with goals hard to come by for Aussems’ men.
Their inefficiency in front of goal has proved costly but with Police dislodging them from fifth position and still with a game in hand over them, there is little room for complaints or complacency.
Leopards had just lost one of their 13 games in all competitions before the loss to Tusker, having won nine league matches over that period, and it is the form they quickly need to capture to avoid slipping further down the table with the season heading into a crucial stage.

Aussems claims comes a day after Ingwe lost in the stoppage time to Tusker.
Talanta represents a good opponent for Leopards as it is the team that handed them their biggest win of the season when they recorded a 6-0 romp in February, the last time Ingwe scored more than one goal in a match.
Despite Talanta’s struggles this season, they have shown some signs of life in their recent matches, recording two wins and a draw in their last five, including last weekend’s 2-0 victory over Wazito FC, meaning Leopards should not expect an easy tie.
Meanwhile, fourth-placed KCB host basement side Vihiga Bullets who look destined to return to the National Super League with financial difficulties hampering their campaign.

The Belgian tactician lost yet another player after Esilaba was stretchered off during Sunday’s draw with Kenya Police.
Zedekiah Zico Otieno’s men were among the title chasers but have dropped off following just one win in the last five league matches and risk being displaced by Police if they do not start picking up wins.
In the other match lined up on Thursday, a mid-table clash will see 12th-placed Sofapaka host Ulinzi Stars, who sit 10th on the log.
