And, even though they lost, Obua is convinced his side is on the perfect trail that he won't interrupt for short-term results.

While URA FC are yet to fully gel into head coach David Obua's style of play, the tactician is not worried and won't be pressured into forcing results.

His side was in near-self-destruction mode as they lost 3-2 to KCCA FC in a thrilling Uganda Premier League encounter.

They scored first through Norman Namanya, only to concede against Herbert Achayi in the second half.

URA added a second through Elvis Sekajugo, but he later scored into his net for KCCA's leveller before another defensive mistake gifted Muhammad Shaban for the latter's winner.

And, even though they lost, Obua is convinced his side is on the perfect trail that he won't interrupt for short-term results.

"Football is a process, and we cannot start to conjure results, and that's why we have teams suffer; they want things in a month or six," Obua said in the post-match interview.

"And I'm not Jesus Christ of the Nazareth, I'm the King, but I'm on a process. I'm going to do everything within a process," he added.

"I'm not worried about the cameras or the fans or losing games or the players conceding goals."

The Uganda Cranes legend insists his goal is way beyond the eyes and that time will tell in the long run.

"I'm building the team for something bigger. You might laugh around, but I'm not joking. I'm trying to build a team, and you saw coach Abdallah's (Mubiru) team suffer."

"They'll suffer again and again; I don't care if we lose. We conceded sloppy goals, but I'll correct that again and again, I can starve."

"I told you we want to promote the UPL in a way that's entertaining, but at the same time we want to get points. Today I saw two teams compete against each other."

Meanwhile, URA descended to seventh on the log with 20 points in 14 matches, while KCCA moved ninth with 19 points.
