Plateau United's head coach Fidelis Illechukwu has said that his team are looking forward to their next league fixture against Kwara United as it is a determinant in their 2023 season.
The Jos side moved back into qualification spots for the 2023 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Super 6 playoff on Sunday, following a 1-0 victory over Nasarawa United.
It was a consecutive victory for Plateau United decided by Silas Nenrot's 13th-minute deflected goal.

Ilechukwu positive ahead of next fixture
Speaking after the win Plateau United boss Ilechukwu stated that his team were going to take their next game even more seriously as it could determine their qualification for the Super 6.

"We have three more games to go. We will take on Kwara in our next game away from home, and we hope to get something positive from that encounter," Ilechukwu said in a post-match interview on Sunday.
"It's that game that will determine whether we can play in the Super Six competition."
"In all sincerity, Nasarawa United were the better side of today's meeting, and this is due to their position on the log.
"They came all out for this game and were more determined than us, but we are lucky to get the win," he added.
