Regarded as one of the best strikers of his generation, Kane has been a menace to many defenders, but he has also felt the presence of some in his search for goals.
Bayern Munich and England striker Harry Kane has disclosed the most challenging defenders he has played against.
Regarded as one of the best strikers of his generation, Kane has been a menace to many defenders, but he has also felt the presence of some in his search for goals.
“I faced John Terry earlier in my career, and I felt he was brilliant and intelligent, and that is why he is one of the best defenders in the World,” Kane revealed in an interview with ESPN.
“Giorgio Chiellini, I faced him against Italy and Juventus, and he was tough to play against.”
He added: “He would use his body well, smart, strong, good in the air. So I would probably go with the two of them.”
Kane spent most of his career in England playing for Tottenham Hotspur until recently when he moved to Germany to join giants Bayern Munich.
He has had a brilliant start to life at the Allianz Arena, scoring 22 goals in all competitions after playing 17 games.
The 30-year-old has managed 18 goals in the German Bundesliga, where he is the leading goal scorer and four goals in the UEFA Champions League.
