Fundraiser, requiem mass & public viewing planned to honour Harambee Stars legend Austin Oduor

Upon his return to the pitch last weekend, he immediately made his presence felt by scoring twice in a narrow 3-2 loss to KCB, further solidifying his reputation as one of Kenya's most promising forwards.
The youngster's performance attracted the attention of national team head coach Engin Firat, who included him in the squad for the pivotal match against South Sudan.
"This is a massive platform and I want to thank my team Tusker FC, teammates, coaches, and management because without their support I would not be here," Ogam added.

Migori Youth players nursing injuries after road accident while on their way to match venue
The Migori-based club suffered the setback in Nairobi while travelling to Machakos for a league match scheduled for Saturday.
Veteran defender Musa Mohammed withdrew due to injury, while Ulinzi Stars’ Boniface Muchiri, along with AFC Leopards duo Victor Omune and Sydney Lokale, were also dropped from the roster.
The return leg, scheduled for November 3, 2024, will take place at the Mandela National Stadium in Uganda.
This fixture provides a chance for Ogam to showcase his skills on the international stage and potentially aid Harambee Stars in overturning the 2-0 deficit.
Should they succeed, Kenya will advance to the final phase of the CHAN qualifiers, where they are set to face the winner of the Djibouti vs. Rwanda matchup in late December.
Ogam is optimistic yet grounded, understanding that the national team call-up is just the beginning.
"The work does not stop here, and I want to keep working hard to earn more call-ups," he concluded.
