The Premier League have released an eight-player shortlist for the April Player of the Month award.
Manchester City stars Kevin De Bruyne and Erling Haaland headline a list of eight nominees for the Premier League Player of the Month award for April.
Haaland, De Bruyne nominated for Player of the Month
De Bruyne scored three goals and provided four assists throughout the month of April, helping Pep Guardiola's Man City side to crucial victories over Liverpool, Southampton, Leicester, and Arsenal.

Erling Haaland on the other hand, scored six goals and provided two assists in his four appearances in April.
Other players nominated
Newcastle's Callum Wilson will also believe he has a good shout as he scored eight goals in seven matches for the Magpies and added an assist.
Liverpool's Diogo Jota has been impressive since his return from injury contributing five goals and two assists to his name in seven appearances in April.
Newcastle's Alexander Isak, Bournemouth's Dominic Solanke, Crystal Palace's star man Eberechi Eze, and Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins make up the rest of the nominees.
