Blackberry is currently one of the most experienced players at K'Ogalo.
George 'Blackberry' Odhiambo has struggled to hit the dizzying heights of the past decade in recent games with Gor Mahia head coach Johnathan McKinstry revealing he has been battling a niggly back injury.
Blackberry has been in and out of the squad in the second leg of the season and is yet to find the back of the net in the final half of the campaign.

FKFPL Omondi baptized with fire after Gor Mahia hit Mathare United
K’Ogalo have again picked up crucial points as they make strides towards wrestling the league title from Tusker.
After being hooked off at halftime in the 2-1 win over Mathare United on Wednesday, McKinstry revealed that Blackberry has been nursing a back injury.
“George has been struggling a little bit and we thought he had fully recovered, but his hip flexor was playing up a bit on him. He was not really able to run for those balls in behind, especially towards the end of the first half.
Everyone has to cope with injuries, we will see where they are at, the nice thing is that we have depth, Sylvester (Owino) came in and Joshua (Onyango) was not even in the squad. We are well covered for Emery (Bayisenge) and Berry we will see what its all about,” said McKinstry.

FKFPL Bwire slams the gauntlet at league leaders Gor Mahia
The shot stopper gives two main reasons why he feels K’Ogalo are not going to pip Brewers to the crown.
“Lwasa came on and was excellent in the first 15-20 minutes and in fact created the winning goal, yes Bonnie came in to score but it was all about Lwasa winning the ball back on the left-hand side.
Both Alphie (Alpha) and Lwasa came in, the punch was there in the first 20 minutes but the energy faded a little bit, we tweaked it tactically, in the last 20 minutes we went with three at the back which we have been working for us,” added McKinstry.
Gor Mahia next travel to face Wazito FC on Sunday, May 7.
