Bosnia and Hungary face tough challenges while Turkey and Georgia are favourites to win their matches

Hungary's 2024/25 UEFA Nations League campaign has gotten off to a rocky start, following a disappointing 5-0 loss to Germany and a frustrating 0-0 draw against Bosnia & Herzegovina.

The Magyars have shown resilience at home, maintaining an unbeaten streak in their last 11 matches (W9, D2), but they now face a daunting challenge against the Netherlands, a team they've struggled against historically, losing the last nine encounters.

Despite their recent goal-scoring woes, Hungary will look to capitalize on their home advantage.

Dominik Szoboszlai, who has been instrumental in their attacking play, will need to rediscover his form after a scoring drought.

His ability to find the net after halftime, he could be crucial in breaking Hungary’s dry spell against a formidable Dutch side.

The Dutch, on the other hand, are riding high after a strong start to their UNL campaign, which includes a convincing 5-2 victory over Bosnia & Herzegovina and a hard-fought 2-2 draw against Germany.

Ronald Koeman's squad is determined to maintain their momentum and reclaim the top spot in Group A3. With only two losses in their last 12 away matches (W8, D2), they come into this fixture with confidence.

Other notable matches include Bosnia & Herzegovina hosting Germany who sit at the top of group 3 of league A of the UEFA Nations League.

Turkish teenage sensation Arda Guller will lead Turkiye as they face Montenegro, Iceland will take on Wales while Slovakia battle Sweden.

Mykhailo Mudryk's Ukraine will face Khvicha Kvaratskelia's Georgia who lead group 1 of league B with two wins. Meanwhile in league C, Estonia will host Azerbaijan with both teams looking to come back from back to back defeats in round one and two.
