Belgian club KAA Gent will be back in Europe next season after a four-goal thriller against Cercle Brugge in the Jupiler playoff.

Gent played an entertaining 2-2 draw with Nigerian striker Gift Orban on target again for the club.

The 20-year-old and his strike partner Hugo Cuypers were the heroes for their club as they came from behind twice to share the spoils against the stubborn visitors.

Gent return to Europe

Aware that just a point will be enough to see them back in the Europa League, Gent hosted Brugge and were in a confident mood.

However, it was the visitors who started on a positive note when Kevin Denkey fired them in front in the 18th minute.

They held on to the lead until four minutes into the second half when Orban fired Gent level with his 20th goal of the season.
