Mark Twinamasiko managed to guide The Saints and Kitara to the Uganda Premier League.
Booma Football Club has appointed coach Mark Twinamasiko to steer them in the 2023/24 StarTimes FUFA Big League season.
The Masindi-based side put up a solid performance last season to finish seventh in the second division with 40 points to secure their stay for another season.
The club has now shown their intent to compete next season by going for Mark Twinamasiko.
The youthful coach shot into the scene in 2015 when he picked the now-defunct The Saints FC and earned them a promotion to the top flight.

He had a stint at Kirinya Jinja SSS (now Busoga United) in 2016, but the project failed, forcing him out midway through the season.
He took over the reins at Kitara FC in 2020 and earned them a promotion to the premier league, but he left immediately after.
He returned to Kitara at the beginning of last season but left halfway through the season unceremoniously, leaving the Royals on the top of the FBL table.
Sam Ssimbwa later took over his job to complete the task.
