Four players have been confirmed to miss the Europa League clash between Arsenal and Sporting Lisbon.
Arsenal and Sporting Lisbon will look to advance into the Europa League quarterfinals after a 2-2 draw in the first leg.
Both managers addressed the press ahead of the game, with Mikel Arteta confirming that two players will miss the tie at Emirates Stadium.
Two players missing for the Gunners
The Gunners are on course for a double this season, as they sit atop the Premier League table and are in the Europa League knock stages.
To achieve this, they will need all or most of their players to be available. However, Arteta has confirmed that Eddie Nketiah and Mohammed El Neny are the only two absentees.
“He’s getting better. He’s still in the boot so still a few weeks away,” Arteta said about Eddie. “We need to be patient - it was a nasty injury. It’s a challenge that Eddie’s got ahead of him, but thank God he could have been worse so he’s not in a bad place.”
El Neny, who was given a new contract, has been out for several months, as the midfielder is not expected back until the end of the season.

Two suspended for Sporting
Sporting will be without captain Sebastian Coates and Morita, as both are suspended for this tie after accumulating three yellow cards in this season’s Europa League.
The Portuguese side held the Gunners to a goalless draw in their last visit to the Emirates in the 2018 Europa League season. A similar result will see the game go into extra time with the away goal rule scrapped.
