The Tanzanian giants are reported to have now moved onto Benson Omala after missing out on Cape Town City's attacker Khayisha Mayo.
The Premier Soccer League side is said to have given Nabi an offer, and now the ball is in the coach’s court; to accept or reject the offer.
Nabi’s tenure has been marked by successes, as he led the club to defend the Premier League and the Azam Federation titles. At the continental stage, Yanga reached the CAF Confederation Cup final and lost to USM Alger on an away goal rule.
This was Yanga’s first appearance in the final of the continental competition.
All these achievements have put him in the spotlight, and he could make a big money move before the next campaign start.

FOOTBALL South African giants make inquiry over Yanga coach
The struggling PSL club are believed to be exploring the possibility of swopping for the Tunisian tactician who has enjoyed success in Tanzania.
If he could leave the Kariakoo giants, Mosimane, who has left his position at Al Ahli despite helping them win promotion to the Saudi Premier League, could be on his way to Jangwani.
The former Bafana Bafana and Mamelodi Sundowns coach is an equally experienced tactician. He led Masandawana to success in the PSL and was in charge when the Pretoria outfit won the CAF Champions League in 2016.
When he was in charge of Egyptian serial winners Al Ahly, he won two Champions League titles and lost to Raja Casablanca in the final of the competition before he left the Cairo heavyweights.
In a past post, the South African revealed his love for Yanga. The comment came when Yanga lifted the TPL title with an unbeaten record the previous season.
