A former Liverpool star has claimed that Egyptian legend Mohamed Salah is not Africa's greatest of all time.
Salah has had a tremendous career for Egypt, having been their best player for the last few years.
The 32-year-old took his team to two AFCON finals in 2017 and 2021 but had to settle for the runner-up position.
Despite Salah’s efforts, Senegalese legend El Hadji Diouf insists that he is not the best forward in Africa.

Diouf speaks about Salah
El Hadji Diouf has given his verdict on who he considers to be the best forward Africa has ever produced.
According to ESPN Africa, Diouf said, “Don’t forget we used to have Samuel Etoo, we used to have Roger Miller and I think Mo Salah has done well but the top scorer of Africa is still Samuel Etoo and Didier Drogba.”

Salah has an outstanding record in Africa, having recorded 103 appearances and scored 59 goals for Egypt.
