Mount happy with goal despite draw
Following the match, the former Chelsea midfielder conveyed 'mixed feelings' as he reached out to fans, expressing gratitude for their unwavering support.
Taking to Instagram, Mount shared a couple of photographs of him celebrating the goal as he wrote in the caption,
"Mixed feelings, but I’m proud to celebrate my first goal for this club! We’ll continue to work on finishing the season on a high. Thank you for all the support."
Mount joined United in the summer from Chelsea but has dealt with injuries and poor form in his debut season, with just 1 goal in 14 appearances.
