FKF elections, scheduled for December 7, is generating heat with presidential candidate Hussein Mohammed hitting out at the Electoral Board over 'lack of transparaceny.'
Football Kenya Federation (FKF) presidential aspirant Hussein Mohammed has called into question the transparency of the Electoral Board overseeing the elections.
The board was announced on September 26 with the election date se for December 7.
The board comprising Hesborn Owilla as chairperson, lawyer Marceline Sande as the board's Secretary General, former AFC Leopards chairman Dan Mule, James Waindi and Alfred Ng'ang'a have faced criticism from inception.
Mohammed is the latest on the list of FKF presidential aspirants to question the transparency of the board.

Football Kenya Federation president Nick Mwendwa remains adamant that he will defend his seat despite questions over his eligibility.
"Time is not on our side. Information flow from the board needs to improve. We are starting to get very worried," expressed Mohammed via Citizen TV.
"We are asking the board where are the polling centers of the upcoming election and is the board going to the grassroots to get the verification process and number three what format of petition are they going to accept from branches that are not happy with the voter register?"
Mohammed has urged the board to proceed with caution and transparency ahead of the much anticipated elections.
"I want urge the board to be very clear in their communication and be very transparent with the election," he urged.

Kakamega Homeboyz boss Cleophas Shimanyula eyes FKF throne in fierce presidential race
Cleophas Shimanyula, the chairman of Kakamega Homeboyz, has declared his intention to run for the presidency of the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) and unveiled Twaha Mbarak as running mate.
The Extreme Sports boss' concerns follow similar sentiments from fellow aspirant Tom Alila who has issues with the the board's base of operation being Kandanda House, an FKF premise.
Bandari FC vice chairman Twaha Mbarak, who is also the running mate to aspirant Cleophas Shimanyula, also joined in calling for the board to change their base of operation during the launch of their bid on Sunday, October 6.
The FKF presidential race has attracted interest from Former Kenyan Premier League CEO Jack Oguda, Tom Alila, ex-Gor Mahia star Sammy ‘Kempes’ Owino, Gor Mahia secretary general Sam Ochola and most recently Kakamega Homeboyz chairman Cleophas Shimanyula among others.
