Osimhen’s future with Napoli remains in doubt, with Chelsea among the clubs interested in signing him.
Former Arsenal star Ian Wright has tipped Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen for a move to Chelsea.
Osimhen is currently the darling of Europe’s top clubs following his incredible performances for Napoli this year.
Osimhen, a man in demand
The 24-year-old’s goals helped Napoli win their first Serie A title since 1990. Osimhen scored 23 goals and set up another five as the Neapolitans took home their third league title with five games to spare.
Not only that, but Osimhen has also been brilliant in Europe this season, scoring five goals in six Champions League matches.
His brilliant performances have not gone unnoticed amongst Europe’s top clubs ahead of a busy summer transfer window.
Manchester United are currently leading the race, but Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain are also interested in his services.
Arsenal legend Ian Wright wants Osimhen at Chelsea
However, Wright believes he sees Osimhen moving to Chelsea ahead of other clubs. The Blues are likely going to be in the market for a top striker, considering their struggles in front of goal this season.
