Kenyan international Erick ‘Marcelo’ Ouma commanded a substantial transfer fee and salary following his move from Swedish side AIK to Polish champions Rakow Czestochowa.
Kenyan defender Erick ‘Marcelo’ Ouma was sold for over Ksh150 million following his move from Swedish side AIK to Polish champions Rakow Czestochowa on Thursday.
The defender ended speculation over his future when he joined the Polish club on a two-year deal, with an option for as many more years, beginning a new chapter in his career.
Ouma has been a standout performer at AIK and attracted the interest of a number of clubs in Europe with the Swedish side agreeing to sell him in December and it appears the Polish side outbid other suitors to win his signature.
