The Ikorodu-based side defeated Nakamura FA 2-0 in the final at the Igbowu Mini Stadium in Mushin, Lagos.
Faith Jaiyeola and Bukola Akintante's goals were enough for Eletu Queens to win the trophy.
Eletu Queen's journey to Fausat Balogun Memorial Cup truimph
Eletu Queens started the competition on a high note after the team edged out Future Stars 3-1 in the quarterfinals.
In the semi-final, Eletu Queens defeated SGH Sports Academy Amazons 2-1.
Meanwhile, Nakamura FA defeated FC Phoenix Queens 6-5 in a penalty shootout in the semi-final.

The game was rough since both teams fought hard against one another and were equally skilled.
In the first half, neither team had many opportunities to score, but they failed to take advantage of them.
Eletu Queens' pressure became evident in the second half when a Nakamura FA player handled the ball with her hand in the 18-yard box, leading to the player receiving matching instructions and an Eletu Queens penalty.
Faith Jaiyeola sends the resulting penalty into the roof of the net to give Eletu Queens the lead in the 47th minute.
Eletu Queens' numerical advantage gave them the upper hand in controlling possession throughout the game, and it also enabled midfielder Bukola Akintante to score the second goal from the edge of the penalty box, giving Eletu Queens a two goal advantage.
Despite having less players on the field, Nakamura FA threatened Eletu Queens in the closing stages of the game.
