England fans have celebrated the invitation of the Eagles midfielder for the EURO 2024 with a huge painting of Anglo-Nigerian.

Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze has been left stunned by an incredible mural painted by England fans in his honour ahead of EURO 2024.

The 25-year-old Anglo-Nigerian midfielder, who recently broke Nigerian hearts by choosing to represent the Three Lions, is part of Gareth Southgate's 26-man squad for the upcoming tournament in Germany.

Eagles star gets emotional

In a touching show of support, passionate a England supporter has immortalised Eze's journey from the streets of South London to the international stage with a massive mural in the heart of the capital.

Reacting to the stunning tribute in a video posted on Facebook, an emotional Eze expressed his gratitude and pride at representing his local community on the biggest stage.

"This is insane, your picture on the wall somewhere," the Palace star said, visibly moved.

"Someone's painted you, and it's in the ends as well. So, that's huge."

"But my family are going to be out there taking the pictures. No, I am grateful, man. I feel like I'm representing the whole of South London."

Eberechi Eze is now an England international

The mural's undisclosed location is expected to become a pilgrimage site for England fans, with Eze’s family planning to visit and capture memories at the iconic spot ahead of the Three Lions' EURO 2024 opener.

With the nation's support firmly behind him, the Eagles midfielder will undoubtedly draw inspiration from this incredible gesture as he takes on Europe's best in Germany.
