Goals from Terem Moffi, Moses Simon and Frank Onyeka were enough to claim the victory for Nigeria.
However, despite the win, it was Francis Uzoho who made the headline with another error that led to the Super Eagles conceding.

After the victory over Mozambique, the goalkeeper was enraged enough to respond with his own statement in response to the cathartic outpour.
The 24-year-old goalkeeper posted a selfie on his Snapchat account with the statement, “If easy, go do am make oyinbo man sign you.”
The goalkeeper has come under pressure from Nigerians and has responded to their criticism saying if they feel it is easy they should become a goalkeeper so they can be signed by a white man.
