It was a busy day for some Premier League teams on transfer deadline day on Thursday.

As teams faced each other in the Premier League, the transfer window slammed shut, with several last-minute moves going under the radar on Thursday night.

Here are seven Premier League deals you might have missed on a rather quiet transfer deadline day.

1. Issac Hayden departs Newcastle United

The Magpies have allowed two players to leave on short loan, with Issac Hayden leaving forthe Championship.

Hayden will feature for Queens Park Rangers, QPR, in England’s second division until the summer after finding game time difficult at Eddie Howe’s team.

Broja will spend the rest of the season on loan having joined Chelsea’s city rivals, Fulham, who are in west London.

The Albanian striker has managed just eight goals in 58 appearances in the Premier League starring for the Blues and Southampton.

3. Fleck departs Sheffield United

Premier League bottom club, Sheffield United, also shook things up at the club as they look to refresh things ahead of a decisive final half of the season.

Long-serving midgfielder, John Fleck, has finally left the club to signal an end to an era with the Blades.

Fleck has been with Sheffield since 2016 after he joined the club as a free agent from Blackburn Rovers.

There is nothing he has not seen during his time at Bramall Lane and he leaves with the Blades facing immediate return to Championship football.

4. Luton finally sign

Meanwhile, after a quiet summer following a historic promotion to the Premier League, Luton Town believe they need help with new signings.

5. Holgate joins Sheffield

While the Blades ended an era with Fleck, they opened the gate for the start of another with the addition of Mason Holgate.

Sheffield have shipped 54 goals this season in just 22 Premier League goals and believe they need to do better defensively if they would stand a chance of preserving their Premier League status.

Mason Holgate would be hoping to help hold things together at the back for Sheffield United.

The Blades were able to convince another relegation-threatened side in the Premier League, Everton, to pull out their star defender, Holgate, from Championship club, Southampton, to earn valuable game time in the PL.

6. Unal Cherry

Bournemouth have unearthed another talented Cherry following the capture of experienced Enes Unal from LaLiga,

Unai arrives the Vitality Stadium from Getafe after finding game time hard to come by at his former club, having made just three appearances this season.

However, he has joined the PL side and can look forward to a new adventure and lease of life under his new manager, Andoni Iraola, who seems to know a lot about the striker, who is making a return to English football after leaving Manchester City in 2015.

7. Awoniyi’s Forest get new stopper

Yes, Taiwo Awoniyi’s Nottingham Forest added another player, this time a goalkeeper to add competition to the team.

Forest signed Matz Selz from Ligue 1 side Strasbourg on a three-and-a-half-year contract to sit at the City Ground.

Interesting how the Reds were able to tempt the Strasbourg’s skipper to the Premier League.
