Arsenal ran rampant on Wolves in the final match of the campaign after losing the league title to Manchester City as they finished the season in style.
Both teams started the game brightly but ruined their chances in the first 15 minutes of the game. However, it was Nottingham Forest who shocked the home side when Morgan Gibbs-White played a pass to the feet of Taiwo Awoniyi and he shot low into the back of the net from inside the box.
It was a great joy for the Nigerian striker Awoniyi who has now scored six goals in his last four games in the Premier League.
Crystal Palace tried to get an equaliser before the break but could not get past Forest's defence line.
The second half started and Crystal Palace came out with full force. Their pressure paid off in the 67th minute when Michael Olise showcased his brilliant technique and produced a beautifully lofted cross into the box. Will Hughes planted a good header to the left side of the goal post making it 1-1.
