Cristiano Ronaldo's new home will feature an indoor pool with a viewing passage beneath it.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s latest real estate venture is set to redefine luxury living. The Portuguese football icon is investing a staggering sum into the construction of what is poised to be the most expensive home in the world.

Located in the opulent beach town of Cascais, Portugal, Ronaldo’s mansion will not only eclipse previous records but also stand as proof to his extraordinary success both on and off the pitch.

Spanning nearly 930 square meters along Portugal’s picturesque Atlantic coastline, Ronaldo's new mansion is anticipated to become the most costly residence ever built.

The total price tag for this architectural marvel is expected to soar to around $100 million, a figure that will dwarf the amount used to build up to now, $40m.

The property is being constructed on a sprawling plot in Cascais, an area renowned for its stunning views and luxurious lifestyle. With completion slated for the end of the year, the mansion’s sheer scale and opulence are already making waves in the real estate world.

The mansion's design incorporates the latest in luxury and technology, featuring an array of amenities that set it apart from any home previously built. Highlights include:

Indoor Glass-Bottom Pool: A unique feature of the residence is its indoor pool with a glass walkway beneath it, allowing guests to view swimmers from below.

Primary Suite: The master bedroom is set to cover 300 square meters, offering unparalleled space and privacy.

Gym and Massage Room
: The property will include a state-of-the-art gym and a dedicated massage room for ultimate relaxation.

Cinema and Garage: A private cinema and a large garage capable of housing Ronaldo’s impressive collection of luxury vehicles complete the mansion’s lavish amenities.

Despite the ambitious scope of the project, construction has faced delays and is currently running a year behind schedule. The build is estimated to cost around $55 million, reflecting the high quality and complexity of the design.

This new mansion follows Ronaldo’s previous real estate acquisitions, including the most expensive flat ever sold in Lisbon in 2019, which cost over $11 million. Known for his penchant for high-end properties, Ronaldo’s latest residence will further cement his status as one of the world’s most elite property owners.

Currently, Ronaldo resides in a $300,000-a-month luxury suite at the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh’s Kingdom Tower while he awaits the completion of his new home.

His substantial earnings, estimated at $315 million per season with Al-Nassr, afford him the luxury of such an extravagant lifestyle.

Ronaldo’s new mansion represents more than just a high-value real estate investment; it embodies his phenomenal success and status.
