Ancelotti lauds Cristiano Ronaldo
"It's really easy," Ancelotti said when asked about the challenge of managing Ronaldo. "When you have a player to score every game, not difficult."
The 64-year-old then went on to laud the 39-year-old's unwavering professionalism, which he believes has been instrumental to the player's incredible success over the years.
"Also, he is really professional, serious, top, top professional. Another legend," Ancelotti declared.
"What Cristiano was able to achieve (at Real Madrid) and he is able to achieve because he is still there, to fight - it was fantastic thanks to his talent, hard work and professionality."
The former Chelsea and Bayern Munich boss, who also reserved praise for Gareth Bale, another Los Blancos legend, went on to explain that Ronaldo's relentless commitment to his craft is truly unparalleled, revealing that the five-time Ballon d'Or winner is always fully focused and engaged in training.
"Always focused, concentrated. I couldn't find where Ronaldo only went to the pitch once - always training," Ancelotti said, underlining the player's meticulous approach to his craft.
Ronaldo's professionalism and dedication have been well-documented over the years, with the former Manchester United forward renowned for his tireless work ethic and obsession with physical perfection.
Ancelotti's glowing assessment of the Portugal captain's mentality and commitment will only serve to further cement Ronaldo's legacy as one of the most driven and disciplined athletes in the history of the sport.
As he continues to defy Father Time and push the boundaries of individual excellence, the professionalism of Ronaldo, who continues to stun in Saudi Arabia, remains a key factor in his sustained success despite a poor Euro 2024.
