Nigerian winger Samuel Chukwueze is rated among Europe's most potent dribblers in 2022
Super Eagles winger Samuel Chukwueze ranked as the 51st-best attacking player in take-ons in 2022 according to a CIES Football Observatory report.
The 23-year-old star is currently one of the best dribblers in Laliga averaging 1.5 dribbles per game for his club Villarreal.
His tricky feet have earned him the 51st position in the list of take-ons in 2022 which is impressive considering he was mostly a bit-part player for the majority of the year.
Samuel Chukwueze is an elite dribbler
Chukwueze has reclaimed his place in the Villarreal squad since the appointment of Quique Setien after falling out of favour with Unai Emery in charge.
The latest CIES report places Chukwueze as the 51st-best player in take ons ahead of several notable names in European football.
Chukwueze ranks higher than Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes, and Chelsea stars Raheem Sterling and Mason Mount.
He also sits above big names like Federico Valverde, Frenkie de Jong, Ferran Torres, Jack Grealish, and Yannick Carrasco.
The top ten is occupied in descending order by Ousmane Dembele, Vinicius Junior, Kevin de Bruyne, Filip Kostic, Rafael Leao, Kingsley Coman, Kylian Mbappe, Sebastian Villa, Cody Gakpo, and Phil Foden
