Cameroon head coach Marc Brys has expressed his delight after leading the Indomitable Lions to the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) finals in Morocco.
The Central African giants booked their ticket to the tournament after a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Kenya in a Group J encounter at the Mandela National Stadium in Kampala, Uganda on Monday.
The decisive moment came in the 63rd minute when second-half substitute Enow Boris scored a stunning long-range free-kick, which soared straight into the net.

"I don't think it happened too quickly now in the past for Cameroon. So it's nice. Everybody's very happy. I think also we deserved it. So everything together makes it a nice day," the Belgian tactician added.
The match, held behind closed doors, was a tense affair from start to finish, with both teams eager to secure crucial points.
Cameroon had already proven their dominance over Kenya just days earlier, when they claimed a convincing 4-1 win at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium in Yaoundé.
