However, the Portuguese tactician stressed a number of players are yet to get to the required frame of mind to compete at the top level.
Ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup second leg showdown with Libyan outfit Abu Salim, KCCA FC head coach Sergio Daniel Moniz Traguil has expressed concerns with the players' mental strength.
KCCA suffered an agonizing 3-1 defeat to the Libyans in the first leg and will need a 2-0 victory or another of a bigger margin at the St Mary's Stadium Kitende on Saturday, to make the group stages.
However, the Portuguese tactician stressed a number of players are yet to get to the required frame of mind to compete at the top level.
"I love pressure because without it I can't deliver and this should be the mentality of the players but some players don't have it," Traguil told the media in an interview.
"Some of them take a little bit more time to understand not only the tactical things, but especially the mentality," he added in anguish and disappointment.
