Continental football custodians, CAF, have appointed eight Ugandan referees to handle two Confederation Cup and Champions League bouts.
William Oloya, Isa Masembe, Okudra and Mashood Ssali have been selected for the Confederation Cup game between Kenya's Kakamega Homeboyz and Libya's Al Hilal set for Friday.
Oloya will serve as the center referee, Masembe and Okudra the first and second assistants, respectively, while Ssali will be the fourth official at the Nyayo Stadium in Kenya.
On the other hand, Ali Sabila Chelengat, Ronald Katenya, Hakim Mulindwa and Lucky Kasalirwe will officiate the CAF Champions League match between Sudan's Al Hilal and South Sudan's Salaam FC Bor on August 26.
The match set for El Jadida-Stade El Abdi will see Sabila at the center of the action, with Katenya and Mulindwa the first and second assistants, respectively. At the same time, Kasalirwe will be the Fourth Official.
