BUL has released Richard Wandyaka, Emmanuel Kalyoowa and Ivan Wani.
Uganda Premier League club BUL FC has confirmed the departure of long-standing midfielder Richard Wandyaka after seven years of service.
Wandyaka joined the edible oil makers in 2017 after a brief stint at URA FC where he joined from Jinja Municipal Hippos.
The club has offloaded Wandyaka alongside goalkeeper Emmanuel Kalyoowa and South Sudan international Ivan Wani.
“The three players have been given the green light to leave the Eastern Giants after their employment contracts with the club expired,” the club confirmed.
"The three played a key role in our fantastic run in the 2021/22 season, leading the club to the famous Uganda Cup title and a fourth-placefinish in the league," the release adds.
Kalyoowa leaves the club for the third time after previous stints in 2015 and 2017 while Wani joined in 2021.
