What are the terms of Sesko’s new Leipzig contract?
According to The Athletic, Sesko’s one-year extension takes expiry of his contract to 2029 and does not include a release clause.
However, the report suggests Leipzig will let the highly-rated forward leave for a reasonable fee when the time is ripe to depart.
What next for Sesko?
Sesko will not have to deal with transfer distractions at the European Championship, leaving him to focus on Slovenia’s daunting Group C challenge against Denmark, Serbia and co-favourites England.
