Joshua Zirkzee has found it difficult to settle at Old Trafford and the latest off-field issue could be an unwelcome distraction.
Red Devils Dutch striker Joshua Zirkzee has reportedly split up with his long-time partner Celina Jada Kerr, in a major blow to the Netherlands attacker who has failed to nail down a consistent starting place in manager Ruben Amorim's team.
The 23-year-old has endured a nightmare debut season at Old Trafford after his £36.5million move from Italian side Bologne.
While his problems in England were expected considering the publicity and scrutiny that comes with playing in one of the most followed leagues and teams in the world, splitting with his girlfriend, Celina Jada Kerr has added salt to the injury if the reports according to the Daily Mail are to be believed.

Marcus Rashford DUMPED as fiance Grace Jackson reveals Man United forward wasn't 'serious' about their relationship
Marcus Rashford finds himself in more trouble after recently falling out with new Man United coach Ruben Amorim and his off the pitch fortunes haven't gotten any better.
The report claims the pair have been long-time sweethearts from the Dutchman's time at Bayern Munich, who he joined aged 16. Kerr, a model and influencer, has also been seen with Zirkzee during his time at Bologne, Parma and Anderletch.
Questions began to surface about her relationship with Zirkzee when she wasn't seen around the forward in Manchester following his move. Eyebrows were then raised when neither of them shared pictures of each other during the summer and it is now claimed that Zirkzee and Kerr have now unfollowed each other on social media.

Joshua Zirkzee breaks silence on why he chose Manchester United
Dutch striker Joshua Zirkzee has opened up on what drove him to settle for Manchester United from Italian side Bologna.
Kerr, who has more than 100,000 followers on Instagram, has also begun to delete posts of the couple. Zirkzee has scored a meagre four goals in 25 games, an outcome that has seen Rasmus Hojlund preferred in attack.
His poor form in front of goal has contributed to Man United's worst ever start to the Premier League season. United have managed 22 points from a possible 51 and will hope to get backing to winning ways after suffering back-to-back defeats.
It remains to be seen whether Zirkzee will play any role on Boxing Day as United head to the Molineux Stadium to play out-of-sorts Wolverhampton Wanderers.
