Barcelona president Rafa Yuste has refused to give assurances on Ansu Fati's future amid recent transfer speculation
Barcelona forward Ansu Fati has been the subject of media speculation throughout the season as his role in the club's attack diminished under Xavi.
Ansu Fati's Barcelona future in doubt
Rumours of a move to several top clubs, including English Premier League side Manchester United have surfaced in recent weeks, and over the course of the season, Fati has re-affirmed his willingness to fight for his place and remain at Camp Nou.
However, the situation surrounding Fati's future seems to have hit boiling point with his father coming out to express displeasure at his son's lack of appearances. suggesting a move out of Barcelona would be the best solution.
Things have been further complicated by recent comments made by Barceolona's vice president Rafa Yuste, who refused to give assurances on Fati's long-term future at the club.
“I can’t guarantee that Ansu Fati will 100% stay because it doesn’t depend on me - but I can tell you that Xavi trusts him.
“I told Ansu that he has to decide his own future. I never want our Masia talents to leave Barca”.
