Austine Odhiambo captains Harambee Stars as starting line up for South Sudan CHAN re-clash in Kampala is named

Austine Odhiambo wears the captain's armband as Engin Firat names starting line up for CHAN 2024 return leg against South Sudan in Kampala.

Harambee Stars head coach Engin Firat has named his starting lineup for their African Nations Championship (CHAN) 2024 qualifying rematch against South Sudan at the Nelson Mandela Stadium in Kampala on Sunday.

Firat has brought in four fresh faces to the side that started against South Sudan a week ago. Tusker captain Charles Momanyi and Kenya Police’s Abud Omar are the changes at the back.

In midfield, Bandari’s Fidel Origa will start alongside Tusker’s Chrispine Erambo and Kenya Police’s Marvine Nabwire, with Rooney Onyango playing on the right.

Gor Mahia midfielder Austin Odhiambo captains the side, while Francis Kahiro of KCB will be the man tasked with spearheading the front line.

The match will kick off at 4:00 PM EAT.
