Arsenal will reportedly resist every attempt to sign Emile Smith Rowe this summer as Mikel Arteta believes the midfielder has a future at the Emirates.
Emile Smith Rowe has a contract with Arsenal until 2026 and Mikel Arteta has absolutely no intention of selling the midfielder.
Arsenal to block Smith Rowe exit
According to David Ornstein of The Athletic, Mikel Arteta wants to see the best of Smith Rowe this season after an injury-hit campaign saw him feature just 14 times.
The Gunners resisted several approaches for him last summer and the window before and they intend to do so again this summer, with Champions League football secured for next season.
The hope he is will be a key player for England at the Under-21 European Championship later this summer before returning to fitness and form next term.
He was a second-half substitute and provided an assist as Arsenal closed out their campaign with a 5-0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday.
