Kenya U18 national team midfielder Aldrine Kibet has made headlines by being named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) at the Valladolid International Cup in Madrid.
Kibet, who turns for Nastic Sports Academy, scored an impressive six goals and provided three assists throughout the tournament.
The 17-year-old talent was most evident in the semifinals against FC Gabia where he scored the decisive goal that secured his team's place in the final.

However, it was Kibet’s stunning performance against AC Milan that stole the show as he scored a hat-trick in a thrilling 5-3 victory against one of football’s most renowned clubs.

Kibet has enjoyed a prominent rise over the last year after taking football by storm during the 2023 Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association (KSSSA) games held in Kakamega last August.
