AFC Leopards will be looking for a third win in four matches when they host Nairobi City Stars who are yet to taste victory in the FKF Premier League this season.
AFC Leopards will be out to make it back-to-back league wins when they host Nairobi City Stars in the FKF Premier League at Dandora Stadium on Sunday.
Ingwe have had a better start in 2024-25 than last season when their first win arrived after seven matches as they have recorded two wins and a loss in their opening three games.
The visit of City Stars therefore presents coach Tomas Trucha with an opportunity to add more points on the board this early in the season which will give them an opportunity to push for the elusive league crown.

Gor Mahia captain explains why AFC Leopards and co will pay dearly this season
Gor Mahia begin FKF Premier League title defence against Mathare.
Leopards ended their hoodoo over Bidco United last weekend, when new signing Sydney Lokale came off the bench to score the lone goal in their 1-0 victory, and take on another of their bogey teams.
City Stars were among the teams that added to Leopards’ pain early last season, when they secured a 3-2 victory, although Ingwe made amends with a 2-0 win in the return fixture.
That is what Trucha will be looking to get from his boys and he will be encouraged by Simba wa Nairobi’s poor start to the campaign.

AFC Leopards goalkeeper Levis Opiyo blames ‘dark forces’ for his woeful performances in Mashemeji derbies
The AFC Leopards shot stopper has blamed his recent errors in matches against Gor Mahia to ‘dark forces’ but vowed to exorcise all in upcoming Mashemeji derbies.
City Stars have collected one point from their two games after a 1-1 draw with Bidco United in their league opener before last week’s 1-0 loss to newly-promoted Mara Sugar.
It should give Leopards confidence of getting maximum points at Dandora Stadium after they started the campaign with a 4-0 thrashing of Mathare, before losing 1-0 to Posta Rangers, after which they bounced back against Bidco.
Victory for Leopards will take them to nine points from four games which would be a good return and confidence booster given how they started last season.
