The 27-year-old, known for his technical prowess and midfield dominance, spoke candidly about the recurring problem that has hindered his performances.
"It has been two years down the line since I had this recurring problem on my right shoulder popping out," Musa said.
"Our able medical staff tried so hard to manage it during match days and training, and recently I withdrew from the South Sudan national team."

After extensive discussions with AFC Leopards' head of medics, Patrick Ngusale, Musa underwent an MRI scan to gain further insight into his condition.
"We found out that there is a depression fracture of the supero-lateral aspect of the head of humerus (Hill-Sachs defect) with mild marrow edema, tear of the antero-inferior glenoid labrum (Soft Bankart lesion), and there is acromioclavicular arthropathy," Musa revealed.
These complex injuries have forced Musa to make the difficult decision of undergoing surgery, which will inevitably keep him out of action for a substantial period.
