Is Aussems too stubborn or Ingwe should listen to his condition?
Belgian tactician Patrick Aussems has set one primary condition that AFC Leopards must meet to keep him at the club.
The 57-year-old coach, appointed in February 2021, will have his contract expire at the end of July, and the club is understood to be keen on acting quickly to tie him down.
Aussems has disclosed that he will not accept any new contract from Leopards unless the transfer ban imposed on the club by FIFA is lifted.

K'Ogalo was forced to pay their former players before being cleared.
"I could not recruit in the first year after losing 17 players. I also lost several players in the second year, including my captain.
My contract will expire at the end of July, and I will sit down with the board and see what is next. But If I am not allowed to recruit new players in the positions I want, then it will be difficult," Aussmes said in an interview with local television K24.
The former AC Leopards head coach hinted that he intends to beef up the squad with at least five new players once the transfer ban is lifted, as his main aim is to see the club playing in the CAF club competitions next season.
"If we want to compete at the continental level, we need to get good players, but now Leopards are not allowed to recruit. I hope the management will sort out the issue as quickly as possible.
Aussems, who guided Simba SC to the Tanzanian Premier League in 2018-2019, has never stayed more than three seasons with any club.
"Let us first fix the ban and if it is done then the future is bright and I will be ready to discuss the future because as you know when you are getting good results as a coach some other clubs approach you," Aussmes emphasized.
AFC Leopards was barred from signing any player from March 2021 following a two-window transfer ban issued by the world's football governing body FIFA which was later extended in 2022.
Ingwe found themselves on the wrong side of the world football governing body when Rwandan defender Soter Kayumba filed a case at FIFA asking for the total settlement of the unpaid dues.
