Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr has revealed he is confident in his team's ability to bounce back after the 126-123 game 1 defeat to the Sacramento Kings.
The Warriors lost a closely contested game against the Kings at the Golden 1 Arena in Sacramento 126-123.
The team led at half-time and will surely rue missed opportunities from open looks that lacked better execution.
Steve Kerr remains confident in the Warriors
When asked about the performance after the game, Kerr explained his confidence in the Warriors' ability to recover.
"We'll look at the tape and see if there's something we want to do differently," Kerr told reporters after the loss.
"But all in all, to come out here, 10-point lead in the second half, did plenty of good things, had a chance to win at the end, I think we're in a pretty good place.
"We just couldn't complete the game tonight, but it's a seven-game series so we'll bounce back."
Overall, Curry and Klay Thompson combined to score 51 while De'Aaron Fox had 38 and Malik Monk had 32 off the bench.
