Nigerian-American entrepreneur Gbemisola Abudu, who leads NBA Nigeria, has a new decisive model for breaking into the basketball space in the country.

Since she was appointed Africa Vice President and Country Head of NBA Nigeria, Abudu has made some fascinating decisions.

On Thursday, November 21, 2024, Abudu talked to Pulse Sports about using the 'power of basketball' to pave the way for NBA Nigeria.

Abudu talked about the need to establish desire and then take affirmative action to ensure the structures are in place to meet the needs.

The NBA Nigeria lead talked about 'cooking' a term referencing that she has several projects on the horizon that will touch the business, arts, lifestyle, and culture in Nigeria.

Abudu, explained that this 2025 NBA Fiscal year projects will not be limited to Lagos and Abuja but the six geopolitical zones in the country.

There are grand plans and partnerships strategically to make a country where football is a religion possibly turn attention to the glamor and lifestyle of NBA basketball.
